Kayson Travis Hillman

I finally am able to do the Kayson post!  My computer crashed right after I got all the pictures ready so I haven't been able to so I finally just came over to my sister's house to get it done.  And for some reason it is not letting me type in between pictures so I'm just going to tell the story and you can look at the pictures.

We checked into the hospital on Wednesday Sept. 19th at 6am to get all prepped and ready for my C-Section.  It took 3 tries to get an IV going and then three tries to get my spinal in.  So by the time that was all done I was tired of being poked that's for sure!!!  Here is Travis all ready to go!  When the surgery started he was out in about the first five minutes so there wasn't a lot of waiting around.  He was born at 9:27 am  weighed 9lbs 13oz and was 20" long.  We are so happy to have him in our family!!!  We love you Kayson!

McKenna

It's hard to even know where to start with my McKenna.  She is such a sweetheart and is so helpful to me!  She has a lot of responsibility as the oldest but she does a great job shouldering the load that I need her to! And she is always (usually) happy!
Photobucket
Pretty much everything about McKenna's world revolves around gymnastics these days.  Saying she LOVES it is a bit of an understatement.  And she is getting pretty good at it to I might add.  Sometimes we have to ground her at home from doing any gymnastics because she can't even walk from one spot to the next without doing a hand stand or cart wheel and one of us has been kicked more than once!  But I am glad she has found something she loves so much and is good at.

McKenna is also so great with helping her sisters and playing with them.  It's so fun to watch them become friends as well as sisters!  She is a great helper with her brother as well!!!
Photobucket
McKenna does great in school and is reading 175 words per minute!  She loves to read all kinds of books!  She has some really great friends in her class at school and church and could pretty much make a friend anywhere she goes.  I don't know what I would do without all of her help!  We love you McKenna and are so glad you are in our family!

Megan

Then there is Megan!!  This little two and a half year old keeps me on my toes!!  She is very spunky! Her hair is always crazy because she won't ever leave it in!  We will do it in the morning and she will look so cute and a half hour later she has it all ripped out and she is looking like a lipnicky!!  But I will still keep her.
Photobucket
She is really into dressing up in all of our princess dresses too!  She is a pretty princess even with that crazy hair!  I also can't pay her to keep her shoes on so even though you can't see in the picture I would bet money she has no shoes on!
Photobucket
She is very thoughtful and always bringing me flowers even after I have asked her not to pick my flowers about a hundred million times, but it is still sweet she wants to bring her  mom a flower so I don't get too mad.
Photobucket
I mean how can you get mad at that smile!  haha

Oh and most of all, this girl loves sippy cups more than ANYTHING!  I don't know how I am going to get rid of those babies!  But for now she is still just two so I let her use them.  We love Megan and her little spitfire personality.

Madison

So I wanted to do an update on all of my munchkins and what they are up to as of late.  And since it was just Madison's birthday I am starting with her.  It's crazy to think she was this tiny baby and now she is a beautiful five year old!
Photobucket
Some of the things that Madison likes to do these days is playing outside, playing learning games on the computer, catching caterpillars, singing and she loves to do crafts.

Photobucket
She is so funny and is always playing jokes on her dad!  It's about time someone teased him back!

But most of all lately she is over the moon about her new brother!  She can't go a day without having a good snuggle session with him.  She is such a great helper for me and I am so glad she is in our family.  That smile and those pretty blue eyes just melt my heart.  Love you Maddie!

Yes I am still alive.....barely!

So I know I have been super MIA for the last 6 months, but hey life is busy right? So from a little prodding from my dad here is a new post for you all if any of you are still even looking at my poor blog.

A few weeks ago some of our very dear friends from Idaho came to visit us, Tyke and Tina Marostica! We LOVED having them even though it was a quick trip.

While they were here we took them to one of our favorite spots....the Seattle Flight Museum!

Photobucket
Madison looks like she is getting ready to soar off into the great wide open!
Photobucket
And McKenna looks like she is scared to death that it is really going to take off! haha

Then the first week of April we got to go to Idaho. We went to go take care of our house and to switch renters, but we got to have some fun while we were there too. The kids loved playing with their cousins and they got to have lots of Easter festivities with them so that was fun!

This was Madison smiling away even after she had already fallen off the horse once at this point haha. That's my girl to just get back on and smile!

Photobucket
This was before these two fell off the horse and there were alot more tears from them, but they eventually got back on as well! They all had quite the horse experience.
Photobucket
Then we had a little Easter egg hunt.

Then there is this little gem that I couldn't resist putting on for everyone to see just how hilarious this was. I told all the girls to go and get their pajamas on and this is how Megan came down the stairs. She had gotten into a pair of McKenna's pajama bottoms and put both of her legs into one! It was seriously hilarious and she loved it!!! She makes me smile!
